Tracey Purvis, Results Coach

Tracey is passionate about helping and serving others, and as a Results Coach she specializes in propelling clients forward through their obstacles to live their richest, juiciest life. She has over twenty years experience as a mental health nurse, has a Master of Nursing degree, and is a life-long learner. She is driven to find new challenges for herself and learn every day. As a brain tumour survivor, Tracey understands what overcoming adversity is all about.

Megan Van Alstine, Results Coach

Megan is an empowerment coach. Her goal is to help stabilize and ground her clients so that they can dig in, define what they want for their lives, and take action to achieve their dreams. Calls with clients are full of deep discovery, learning, inclusion, fun, and of course—empowerment! Megan lives in Northern California with her pittie, boyfriend, and many, many fish tanks. Megan values many things, but relationships are top of her list—always.

Denise Walker, Results Coach

Denise Walker is a personal coach who will help you get clear on what it is you say you really want. She will help you identify blocks that are getting in the way of you reaching your goals and dreams, and help you create a plan to move forward. A Registered Nurse for nearly 25 years, Denise has spent more than a decade learning and using a number of tools that have helped her get to where she is today. Greatly impacted by an event 8 years ago, Denise started pursuing a new career path using those same tools, and is now a published author and TEDx speaker. “Denise asked thought provoking questions, and was ready to listen to and question my “reasons” (excuses). She has the perfect blend of tenacity around accountability, with an added dash of humour.” A. Karla Coglizer, Support Coach

Karla Meyer Coglizer believes in continual personal growth through education, self-reflection, and collaboration. With a Master’s degree in Counseling and Education plus a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Communication, she has15 years of experience advising high school and college students in getting what they want. Karla is a lifelong athlete who raised two children, coached youth sports, supervised work teams, and maintained a successful independent business. Her favorite place to be is just outside her comfort zone!
